INTERNET BANKING SERVICE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTS


The Retail Internet Banking System Facility refers to the use of the Bank's Internet Banking Service by Individuals availing of this service using the bank’s application form.
By applying for this Banking Service, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions in addition to those that apply to any account that he/she may have with the Bank. While PTC provide a reliable and secure system, the client shall take full accountability for protecting its information and accounts once enrolled in the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility.
It shall be the responsibility of the client to ensure using secured communication lines and internet connection when utilizing the service. Before performing any online transactions or sending personal information, please ensure that correct website has been accessed and avoid any hyperlink and beware of false or "look alike" websites

DEFINITION OF TERMS
In these Terms and Conditions, the following words are with corresponding meaning:
a) "PTC", and "Bank" refer to Retail Internet Banking System
b) “Client/Customer” refers to the owner of the account.
c) “PTC Internet Banking Service Facility” refers to PTC’s internet banking service that provides various financial transactions such as but not limited to balance inquiry, fund transfer, and transaction history performed by client using internet banking.
d) "Username" refers to a unique name created by you with a string of characters, which must be keyed in to the PTC Internet Banking Service.
e) “Password” refers to a unique string of characters chosen by you and known only to you and set in the Bank's databank system, which must be keyed in by you for verification of your Username and grant of access to the PTC Internet Banking Service.
f) "Account" refers to the Corporate Account held with PTC in the depositor's name.

ACQUIRING ACCESS TO THE BANK’S INTERNET BANKING
To access the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility, the client may go to the bank’s website, fill-out the application form to enroll the account, accept the Terms and Conditions and provide the required Security Information of the Client. Individual clients are required to visit their branch of account or submit the filled-out application form via email to enroll/apply for the Bank’s Internet Banking Service Facility.
By registering to the PTC Internet Banking Service, the Client hereby warrants that all information provided to the Bank is true, complete, and up to date. In case of changes in any of the Client’sinformation in the Bank's records it can be amended by sending a written instruction to any PTC Branch. Changes requested in writing shall be reflected within 24 hours from submission thereof to any PTC Branch.
The Client hereby warrants that the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility is for the sole and exclusive use of the Client only.

USERNAME AND PASSWORD
The Client shall create any Username upon enrollment to the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility.
The preferred Username shall be unique to the client and when used with the client’s Password will enable his/her to access the site.
The Client acknowledges that any Username and Password used in the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility is unique to him/her and agrees to always keep these strictly confidential.
For Security reasons, PTC advises the Client to change his/her password regularly. The Bank shall automatically block or disable access to the account in case a wrong user Password is entered three (3) consecutive times. In such cases, access to the PTC Internet Banking Service shall be automatically denied.
To be able to re-access the account or to unblock the service, the Client shall be required to access the Forgot Password and to enter the username and email address. A temporary password will be provided to the email address by the system. The Client shall receive a One Time Password (OTP) to be entered and validated by the system. Client shall be required for Change Password and once validated and confirmed, the Client will be redirected to the login page to login the new password.

FEES
PTC reserves the right to charge a fee for the use of Internet Banking Service Facility, including any service provided therein, and the Client authorizes PTC to debit the service charge to its deposit account for use of the service facility. The Bank also reserves the right to impose new service fee and maintenance charges and change existing charges within the limits allowed by the law. The rate of such changes, period and method of payment shall be based on the policies implemented by PTC. Client shall be informed of such changes accordingly.

CLIENT’S LIABILITY
For Joint "or" accounts, the Client acknowledges that all transactions made using the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility is done with the consent and knowledge of all the depositors. Joint "and" accounts, because of their nature, shall not be allowed access to the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility.
The Client shall be responsible for all consequences arising from or in connection with its use of the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility, such as but not limited to, all transactions processed through the facility whether processed with the Client’s knowledge or authority.
The Client agrees to hold the Bank and/or any of its directors, officers, employees or representatives free and harmless, from any and all claims, suits, damages, costs, liabilities, charges, obligations or expenses of any kind, and shall indemnify them upon demand for all losses, damages and expenses they may suffer or incur, arising from or in connection with the Client's violation of its undertakings and warranties herein or from the use of the PTC Internet Banking Service.

PTC’S LIABILITY
The Bank shall only be obliged to act on any instructions received with the use of the Security Information.
The Bank shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature in connection with the implementation of transactions covered by this Agreement in the following instances:
a) Disruption, failure, or delay which are due to circumstances beyond the control of the Bank, fortuitous events such as but not limited to prolonged power outages, breakdown in computers and communication facilities, typhoons, floods, public disturbances, pandemics, quarantine protocols and calamities and other similar or related cases.
b) Loss or damage you may experience due to theft or unauthorized disclosure of User IDs, passwords, or violation of other security measures with or without your participation; and
c) Inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed information you received due to disruption or failure of any communication facilities.
In case of any dispute between the Client with a third party to whom payment or transfer of funds is affected through the PTC Internet Banking Service, the Bank shall not be answerable to either the Client or any third party for any amounts, fees, or charges in connection with such dispute. The Client hereby acknowledges that such dispute is personal between the client and the third party.
The Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of profit or damage that the Client may experience because of the use or failure or inability to use the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility. This provision shall survive the termination or suspension of the right to use the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
The Bank, at any time, may suspend or terminate this Agreement, with or without prior notice, once the Accountholder's enrolled account/s are already closed, dormant, garnished or for whatever reason that the Bank deems necessary. The Accountholder acknowledges the right of the Bank, without prior notice, to limit, restrict, cancel, suspend, discontinue, or terminate the use of the Service as it may deem appropriate for whatever reason.
Client may request for termination of the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility by placing a request through the following options: (1) Sending a written instruction to Client’s maintaining branch; (2) Calling PTC Customer Care Hotline (8)97-6600; (3) The Bank is given at least two (2) banking days to process the request. Client shall remain responsible for any transactions made on his/her account/s through the service prior to the time of such cancellation of the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility. Also, termination of the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility shall not prejudice Client’s liability in respect of things done or omitted to be done prior to termination thereof. The closure of all accounts enrolled in the service will automatically terminate the service.

PRIVACY POLICY
Pursuant to the Data Privacy Policy of the Bank, the Client understands and agrees that PTC - Personal Internet Banking Cooperative Bank (PTC) can process the Client's data for purposes not contrary to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its implementing rules and regulations, and other issuances of the National Privacy Commission.

OTHER CONDITIONS
The Bank reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and will give the Client immediate notice of such changes and shall post such changes in its website at www.PTC.com.ph. All records maintained by the Bank, whether in electronic or documentary form, of the transactions or instructions of the Client, and any other details in the availment of banking channels shall, through and pursuant to the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility shall, as against the Client, be deemed to be conclusive. No failure to exercise and no delay in exercising, on the part of the Bank, of any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof, or the exercise of any other right or power. The rights and remedies herein provided shall be cumulative, may be exercised concurrently and shall not be exclusive of any rights or remedies of the Bank hereunder or granted by law.

CONSENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By registering to the PTC Internet Banking Service Facility, Client acknowledges that he/she has read and understood the PTC Internet Banking Service Terms and Conditions, and that he/she agrees to be unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions, and all amendments and additions thereto which the Bank may execute from time to time.
